Consent and compliance

Attach consent forms to assets, link them to contacts, and capture signatures and metadata for rights and model releases.

Consent forms per asset.

Add consent forms to any media asset and link each form to a contact (name, email, phone). Choose a consent type—for example image use—and track status, signature, and optional expiry.

Public signing via link.

Send a secure link to the contact; they can sign the consent form in their browser. The signature and metadata (e.g. time, IP) are stored so you have a record for compliance and rights management.

Rights and model releases.

Use consent forms for model releases, talent agreements, or any scenario where you need a clear record that someone agreed to how their image or content may be used.
