Pending moderation tasks.

When uploads require review—for example from collection links or direct upload—they create moderation tasks. Work through the pending list to approve or reject so only approved content appears in your library.

Review workflow.

Use the review workflow to ensure new assets are checked before they are visible to everyone. Combine with collection links so external uploads are moderated by default.

Dashboard quick stats.

The dashboard shows how many items are pending moderation (and pending consent) so you can see at a glance what needs your attention.
